Detailed itinerary

This day we take utmost privilege in cordially welcoming you to experience and explore the holistic delight of  Leh. Arrive at Leh Airport (This should be quite possibly the Most Sensational Flights in the World). On a clear morning from one side of the airplane can be found somewhere far off the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the opposite side of the airplane, so close that you believe you could connect and touch it, is the Nun Kun massif. Upon arrival you will be met by our chauffeur and transfer to the Hotel for Check in. Complete day for rest and recreation to adapt and acclimatize followed by welcome tea or coffee at the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Leh.  

After breakfast take a full day excursion to renowned monasteries of Ladakh region. Visit Thiksey monastery, Hemis monastery which is one of the most famous monasteries of the Ladakh region. On the way back to Leh visit Shey Palace and 3 Idiot Fame Rancho School. Afternoon city tour of Leh visiting SankarGompa, Shanti Stupa&Leh Palace, visits Shay &Thiksey Monastery with Leh Palace, Spituk Monastery, Hall of fame & Shanti Stupa. In the evening drive back to Hotel . Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and  drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardungla La (The Highest Motorable Road in The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. A visit to a Ladakhi home can be arranged. Dinner and overnight stay at camp in Nubra.

After an early breakfast, proceed to Turtuk (A village that was won by India in the 1971 war with Pakistan) and extremely close to the border. Visit a 16th Century Mosque, (comprising a touch of Turkish & Iranian culture), ruined fort of Dhards and Monastery. Admire the magnificent view of the famous K2 peak (The second highest peak in the world after Mount Everest). Dinner and overnight stay at camp in Nubra.

After having breakfast checkout from the camp and drive towards Hunder where you have the opportunity to ride on a Bactarian camel (double humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high-altitude desert with snow-capped mountains on the horizon. On the return stop at Diskit which is the headquarter town of Nubra Valley. Stroll around the bazaar observing the shops and local people going about their daily chores & drive to Pangong Lake, east to the Leh after crossing Changla Pass (17500ft) and driving via Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh and perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia which changes its color 4 – 5 times a day. In the evening, enjoy the breathtaking view of Pangong Lake.  Dinner  and  overnight stay at camp in Pangong.

After having breakfast checkout from the camp and  drive back to Leh via Changla Pass 5486 Mtrs En route visiting HemisGompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism. And further to Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village and another 5 Kms driving through a picturesque landscape we reach to Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh& 3 Idiots Rancho School. Drive further to Leh. Dinner  &  Overnight at Hotel in Leh.

After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Kargilenroute visiting 30ft Long Maitreya Buddha, later visit &Lamayuru Monastery, followed by Magnetic Hill &Gurudwara Sri Pathar Sahib. Enroute also check the confluence of Indus &Zanskar River called Sangam by locals. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in kargil.

After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and poceed to Sonamarg ViaKargil. Enroute you will cross the mystic meadows of Sonamarg, tortuous Zojila followed by Kargil War Memorial and Drass. Sonamarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. You will gasp in wonderment at the golden light that glints from the snow-capped peaks when lazy sun rays fall on them. Enjoy horse riding up to Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow (on direct payment).Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Sonamarg.

After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed towards. Srinagar it is the largest city and the summer capital of the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies in the Kashmir Valley on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, and Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is known for its natural environment, gardens, waterfronts and houseboats. Take a walk around, and feel the surroundings of Dal Lake and do local sightseeing covering the famous Mughal Gardens Nishat Bagh “Abode of Pleasure on the shore of the Dal Lake”, Shalimar Bagh “Abode of Love built by Jahangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan”, and CheshmaShahi. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.

After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers, 2730 mts above sea level Gulmarg offers spectacular views of snow capped mountain peaks, conifer forests and green meadows; it is home to the highest 18 hole golf course of the world. It’s a famous Hill station of Jammu & Kashmir and is known for its salubrious beauty and charm. The route is full of Pine trees, Deodars, Amaltas, and Kikkar trees flanking the mountain side. It is known for Ski –Resort and The world’s highest 18 –hole Golf course. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Gulmarg.

After having breakfast you can also enjoy GONDOLA RIDE/ CABLE CAR RIDE (at your own cost). It can take you up to the height of 16, 000 ft. above sea level and will mesmerize you with the glaciers of Khilanmerg and Afarwat. A word of caution, it is cold there so brace yourself with warm clothes and accessories. If you have a knack for winter sports then you could buckle up for snow skiing, sledging, snow bikes and ATV bikes.Dinner and overnight stay at hotel  in Gulmarg.

After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed towards  to Pahalgam Situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River, Pahalgam (2,130 m) was once a humble shepherd’s village with breathtaking views. Enroute visiting Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins (1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantivarman), see the beautiful countryside on the way and a lot of rice fields. Drive through pine forests. Now it is Kashmir’s premier resort, cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25°C. Have bridle walks and feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in pahalgam.

After having breakfast  drive towards Betaab Valley, Aru Valley &Chandanwari (at your own cost – only cars operated by locals are allowed). Witness the striking beauty of mountains. Enjoy walking around Aru Village. A walk along the Lidder stream towards Pahalgam from Aru Village is very highly recommended for Nature Lovers. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam.

After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive towards  Aharbal Waterfall. It is a hill station and is quite peaceful and suitable for Expeditions, Trekking, Vlogging, Photography, and Fishing. Due to the mesmerizing look of Meadows, Pine and Fir tree forest, the abutting snow clad mountains, the waterfall attracts many tourists. Aharbal Waterfall is also known as Nigeria Waterfall of Kashmir. In  the evening drive back to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.
