This day we take utmost privilege in cordially welcoming you to experience and explore the holistic delight of Leh. Arrive at Leh Airport (This should be quite possibly the Most Sensational Flights in the World). On a clear morning from one side of the airplane can be found somewhere far off the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the opposite side of the airplane, so close that you believe you could connect and touch it, is the Nun Kun massif. Upon arrival you will be met by our chauffeur and transfer to the Hotel for Check in. Complete day for rest and recreation to adapt and acclimatize followed by welcome tea or coffee at the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
After breakfast take a full day excursion to renowned monasteries of Ladakh region. Visit Thiksey monastery, Hemis monastery which is one of the most famous monasteries of the Ladakh region. On the way back to Leh visit Shey Palace and 3 Idiot Fame Rancho School. Afternoon city tour of Leh visiting SankarGompa, Shanti Stupa &Leh Palace, visit Shay &Thiksey Monastery with Leh Palace, Spituk Monastery, Hall of fame & Shanti Stupa. In the evening drive back to hotel . Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardungla La (The Highest Motorable Road in The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. A visit to a Ladakhi home can be arranged. Dinner and overnight stay at camp in Nubra.
After having breakfast checkout from the camp and drive towards Hunder where you have the opportunity to ride on a Bactarian camel (double humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high-altitude desert with snow-capped mountains on the horizon. On the return stop at Diskit which is the headquarter town of Nubra Valley. Stroll around the bazaar observing the shops and local people going about their daily chores & drive to Pangong Lake, east to the Leh after crossing Changla Pass (17500ft) and driving via Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh and perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia which changes its color 4 – 5 times a day. In the evening, enjoy the breathtaking view of PangongLake .Dinner and overnight stay at camp in Pangong.
After having breakfast checkout from the camp and drive back to Leh via Changla Pass 5486 MtrsEn route visiting HemisGompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism. And further to Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village and another 5 Kms driving through a picturesque landscape we reach to Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh& 3 Idiots Rancho School. Drive further to Leh. Dinner & Overnight at Hotel in leh.
